Наиболее широко в литературе освещены последствия вертебропластики по поводу гемангиом, травм, остеопороза. В то же время осложнения, связанные с аугментацией винтов при транспедикулярной фиксации упоминаются редко. В статье представлены два клинических случая эмболии цементом ветвей легочной артерии после транспедикулярной фиксации. Описаны клинические проявления, диагностический поиск причин гемодинамических и дыхательных нарушений. Приведен краткий обзор литературы по осложнениям, профилактике и лечению осложнений применения костного цемента. Уверенная дифференциальная диагностика причин развившейся клинической картины затруднительна. Выявляемые цементные эмболы легочной артерии, как правило, не имеют клинического значения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The use of bone cement in spinal surgery in most cases does not lead to clinically significant complications and remains asymptomatic, but sometimes it can lead to serious clinical consequences of cement embolism. The consequences of vertebroplasty for hemangiomas, trauma, osteoporosis are most widely covered in the literature. At the same time, the complications associated with cement strengthening of screws during pedicle fixation are poorly covered. The article presents two clinical cases of symptomatic cement embolism of the branches of the pulmonary artery after pedicle screws fixation. Clinical manifestations, differential diagnosis of the causes of hemodynamic and respiratory disorders are described. There is a brief review of the literature on complications, prevention and treatment of complications from the use of bone cement. Differential diagnosis of the causes of the clinical manifestations is difficult.
