Однако различия в схемах лечения и популяциях пациентов между исследованиями затрудняют сравнение и анализ результатов.</p><sec><title>ЦЕЛЬ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ</title><p>ЦЕЛЬ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ: уточнить эффективность двухэтапной стереотаксической радиохирургии метастазов в головной мозг различных типов первичных злокачественных новообразований на аппарате Гамма-нож.</p></sec><sec><title>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ</title><p>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ: ретроспективный анализ результатов двухэтапной стереотаксической радиохирургии 124 интракраниальных метастазов. Облучение проводили на установках Leksell Gamma Knife Perfexion и Icon. медиана объема опухолей равнялась 11,06 см3. Краевая доза в первый и второй этапы находилась в диапазоне 10–14 Гр, суммарная очаговая доза варьировалась от 20 до 28 Гр. Интервал между этапами составлял 14 дней.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Средний период наблюдения составил 9,4 месяца. Продолженный рост зарегистрирован у 14,3 % пациентов, лучевые осложнения у 4,8 %. Локальный контроль МГМ на сроке 6, 12 и 24 месяца равнялся 94 %, 86 %, 83 % соответственно.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Двухэтапная гипофракционная стереотаксическая радиохирургия может рассматриваться как метод выбора при лечении сложной категории онкологических пациентов с церебральными метастазами при наличии ограничений к выполнению однократного облучения или микрохирургического удаления.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Hypofractionated stereotactic radiosurgery is an effective method of treating brain metastases, if their size or localization do not allow for their single-fraction irradiation. Differences in treatment regimens and patient populations between studies make it difﬁcult to compare and analyze the results.</p><sec><title>THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY</title><p>THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY: To evaluate the effectiveness of two-stage Gamma knife stereotactic radiosurgery of brain metastases from various cancers.</p></sec><sec><title>MATERIALS AND METHODS</title><p>MATERIALS AND METHODS: retrospective analysis of the results of two-stage stereotactic radiosurgery of 124 intracranial metastases. Irradiation was carried out on Leksell Gamma Knife Perfexion and Icon installations. The median tumor volume was 11.06 cm3. The marginal dose in the ﬁrst and second stages was in the range of 10–14 GY, the total focal dose varied from 20 to 28 GY. The interval between the stages was 14 days.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS. The average follow-up period was 9.4 months. Continued growth was registered in 14.3 % of patients, radiation complications in 4.8 %. Local control of BM at 6, 12 and 24 months was 94 %, 86 %, 83 %, respectively.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION.
