Актуальной задачей является разработка экспериментальных моделей конкретных эпилептических приступов.</p><sec><title>ЦЕЛЬ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ</title><p>ЦЕЛЬ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ: адаптировать экспериментальную модель электрической стимуляции парциальных и генерализованных эпилептических приступов.</p></sec><sec><title>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ</title><p>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ: экспериментальное исследование проведено на крысах линии Wistar (n=40). Первая группа (n=20) — животные, после имплантации внутримозгового электрода и электрической стимуляции парциальных эпилептических приступов; вторая группа (n=20) — животные с последующей стимуляцией генерализованных эпилептических приступов. Оценка развивающихся эпилептических приступов проводилась по пятибальной шкале Расина.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Проведена модификация и адаптация импульс-зависимой экспериментальной модели электрической стимуляции парциальных и генерализованных приступов: контролируя диапазон амплитуды импульса подаваемого тока (напряжение тока) в эксперименте, можно вызывать различные по характеру эпилептические приступы у подопытных животных.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Модифицирована и отработана недорогая современная, хорошо воспроизводимая, импульс-зависимая модель формирования простых парциальных моторных приступов и генерализованных эпилептических приступов у крыс.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>New medicines for the treatment of epilepsy appear rather rarely, one of the reasons is the lack of reproducible experimental models of different types of seizures. The designs of experimental models for specific seizures are needed.</p><sec><title>PURPOSE OF THE STUDY</title><p>PURPOSE OF THE STUDY: to modify the experimental model of electrical stimulation of partial and generalized seizures.</p></sec><sec><title>MATERIALS AND METHODS</title><p>MATERIALS AND METHODS: Wistar rats (n=40) were included in this experimental study. The rodents of the first (n=20) group after intracranial electrode implantation and were electrically stimulated for partial seizures; rats of the second group (n=20) were electrically stimulated for generalized seizures. The development of seizures was assessed using the five-point Racine scale.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS. Modification and adaptation of the experimental model of electrical stimulation of partial and generalized impulse-dependent seizures were made: by controlling the range of impulse amplitude in the experiment, it is possible to induce seizures of various types in rodents.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION.
