Интраневральный ганглион (ИГ) является редким и  малоизученным доброкачественным муцинозным поражением периферических нервов в  педиатрической практике. Описан клинический случай ИГ малоберцового нерва у  подростка 16   лет. На  сегодняшний день самым достоверным инструментальным методом диагностики ИГ является  МРТ. Наилучший результат лечения обеспечивает микрохирургическое удаление ИГ с  выявлением и отсечением суставной ветви нерва.

Intraneural ganglion (IG) is a rare and poorly studied benign mucinous lesion within peripheral nerves in pediatric practice. We described a clinical case of IG of the peroneal nerve in a 16-year-old teenager. The most reliable instrumental method for diagnosing of IG is  MRI. The best treatment result is provided by microsurgical removal of the IG with the identification and excision of the articular branch of the nerve.
