Микрохирургическое лечение пациентов с дистальными аневризмами (ДА) является актуальной проблемой современной сосудистой нейрохирургии.</p></sec><sec><title>ЦЕЛЬ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ</title><p>ЦЕЛЬ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ. Изучить госпитальные и отдаленные результаты лечения пациентов с ДА.</p></sec><sec><title>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ</title><p>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ. Ретроспективно выполнен анализ данных 40 пациентов с ДА. В контрольную группу включены 40 пациентов с типичной локализацией аневризм. В обеих группах выполнен стандартный комплекс клинических и инструментальных исследований согласно действующим клиническим рекомендациям. Всем пациентам выполнено микрохирургическое клипирование аневризм. В отдаленном периоде оценена повседневная активность, зависимость от посторонней помощи, степень инвалидности, когнитивные нарушения, уровень тревоги и депрессии.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Наиболее часто 52 % (21) ДА локализовались в бассейне средней мозговой артерии. У пациентов в основной группе преобладала средняя степень тяжести при госпитализации, значительно реже развивался выраженный и критический ангиоспазм, но чаще формировались внутримозговые гематомы. Достоверных различий в степени инвалидности, уровне самообслуживания, а также выраженности когнитивных и психических нарушений в отдаленном периоде у пациентов из основной и контрольной групп не выявлено.</p></sec><sec><title>ВЫВОДЫ</title><p>ВЫВОДЫ. Микрохирургическое лечение пациентов с ДА является эффективной и относительно безопасной методикой, ассоциированной с благоприятными отдаленными исходами лечения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>ABSTRACT</title><p>ABSTRACT. Microsurgical treatment of patients with distal aneurysms (DA) is an significant problem of vascular neurosurgery.</p></sec><sec><title>PURPOSE OF THE STUDY</title><p>PURPOSE OF THE STUDY. To investigate hospital and long-term results of treatment of patients with DA.</p></sec><sec><title>MATERIALS AND METHODS</title><p>MATERIALS AND METHODS. The analysis of 40 patients with DA was performed retrospectively. The control group included 40 patients with typical localization of aneurysms. In both groups, a standard set of clinical and instrumental studies was performed in accordance with current clinical guidelines. All patients underwent microsurgical aneurysm clipping. In the long-term period, daily activity, dependence on outside help, the level of disability, cognitive impairment, the level of anxiety and depression were assessed.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS. Most often, 52 % (21) DA were localized in the middle cerebral artery. In patients in the main group, the average severity prevailed during hospitalization, angiospasm developed much less often, but ICH formed more often. There were no significant differences in the level of disability, the level of self-service, as well as the severity of cognitive and mental disorders in the long-term period in patients from the main and control groups.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSIONS</title><p>CONCLUSIONS.
