Изучены результаты обследования и хирургического лечения 121 пациента детского возраста с рецидивом/продолженным ростом НЭО головного мозга за период с 2008 по 2018 гг. в РНХИ им. проф. А. Л. Поленова и НМИЦ им. В. А. Алмазова. В результате проспективного исследования получены данные о клинико-нейровизуализационных особенностях повторного роста НЭО, выявлены факторы, влияющие на частоту их прогрессии. Впервые в русскоязычной литературе представлены результаты оценки валидности закона Коллинза (Collins’ low) при первичном и повторном рецидивировании НЭО у детей. Показан ряд особенностей роста церебральных нейроэпителиальных новообразований у детей на основе применения метода виртуального 3D-моделирования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents results of a study of prognostic factors, the features of the manifestation and kinetics of the re- current neuroepithelial brain tumors in children. The authors performed a prospective analysis of data obtained in 121 consecutive patients diagnosed at Polenov Neurosurgical Institute (branch of Almazov National Medical Research Centre) between 2008 and 2018 with a biopsy-proven NET. As a result of a prospective study, data were obtained on the clinical neuroimaging features of the re-growth of NET, factors were identified that affect the frequency of progression of NET in pediatric patients. The results of applying the Collins’ law in the primary and repeated recurrence of NET in children are obtained.
