Однако единого мнения о использовании той или иной методики для проведения вмешательства по-прежнему не существует. Анализ современной литературы за последнее десятилетие показывает, что, несмотря на научно-технические достижения в реализации диагностических неинвазивных методов, актуальным всё же остаётся прямая оценка неопластической ткани. Маргинальные точки зрения рассматривают как применение микрохирургических вмешательств, так и стереотаксических процедур с использованием навигационных систем. Целью данной работы является сравнение на современном этапе развития нейрохирургии особенностей применения малоинвазивных методов (стереотаксического и эндоскопического) исследования патологических процессов головного мозга. Проведен ретроспективный анализ литературы, посвященный данной теме.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The desire at the present stage to minimize surgical brain injury in the conditions of blastomatous lesions poses the task of neurooncologists to use minimally invasive techniques to verify the pathological process. However, there is still no consensus on the use of a particular technique for intervention. The analysis of modern literature over the last decade shows that the direct assessment of neoplastic tissue is still relevant despite scientific and technical achievements in the implementation of diagnostic non-invasive methods. Marginal point of view considers the using of minimally invasive surgery as well as stereotactic procedures using navigation systems. The aim of this work is to compare features of the use of minimally invasive methods (stereotactic and endoscopic) of study of pathological processes of the brain at the present stage of development of neurosurgery.
