Миастения гравис – это аутоиммунное заболевание, характеризующееся патологической мышечной утомляемостью и слабостью. У пациентов с миастенией часто наблюдаются различные сопутствующие заболевания, включая сердечно-сосудистые и заболевания щитовидной железы, системные аутоиммунные заболевания, а также психические заболевания, такие как депрессия и тревожные расстройства. Влияние этих заболеваний на тяжесть течения миастении остается неоднозначным.</p></sec><sec><title>ЦЕЛЬ</title><p>ЦЕЛЬ. Оценить структуру и влияние коморбидных состояний на течение миастении гравис у пациентов с различной тяжестью заболевания</p></sec><sec><title>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ</title><p>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ. Проведен анализ клинических данных 102 пациентов с миастенией гравис, проходивших лечение в период с 2020 по 2023 г. в Национальном медицинском исследовательском центре им. В. А. Алмазова и Городской многопрофильной больнице № 2 Санкт-Петербурга. Оценивали демографические характеристики, сопутствующие патологии и тяжесть миастении по классификации MGFA. Сравнительный анализ выполняли для групп с различной тяжестью заболевания.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Наиболее частыми коморбидными состояниями были тревожно-депрессивные расстройства (40,2 %) и гипертоническая болезнь (37,3 %). У пациентов младше 40 лет преобладали эмоциональные расстройства, тогда как у пациентов старше 60 лет доминировали сердечно-сосудистые заболевания. Не выявлено значимой связи между данными заболеваниями и тяжестью течения миастении.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Несмотря на высокую распространенность сопутствующих заболеваний, их влияние на тяжесть течения миастении гравис не выявлено. Дальнейшие исследования необходимы для уточнения механизмов взаимодействия миастении и коморбидной патологии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>INTRODUCTION</title><p>INTRODUCTION. Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disorder characterized by pathological muscle weakness and fatigability. Patients with myasthenia often present with various comorbidities, including cardiovascular and thyroid diseases, systemic autoimmune disorders, as well as mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety disorders. The impact of these comorbidities on the severity of myasthenia remains ambiguous. AIM. To evaluate the structure and influence of comorbid conditions on the course of myasthenia gravis in patients with varying disease severity.</p></sec><sec><title>MATERIALS AND METHODS</title><p>MATERIALS AND METHODS. A clinical analysis was conducted on 102 patients with myasthenia gravis who underwent treatment between 2020 and 2023 at the Almazov National Medical Research Centre and the City Multidisciplinary Hospital No. 2 at St. Petersburg. Demographic characteristics, comorbidities, and myasthenia severity (MGFA classification) were assessed. A comparative analysis was performed for groups with different disease severities.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS. The most common comorbid conditions were anxiety disorders, depression (40.2 %) and hypertension (37.3 %). Mental health disorders were more prevalent in patients younger than 40 years, whereas cardiovascular diseases dominated in patients over 60 years. No significant association was found between these comorbidities and the severity of myasthenia.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION. Despite the high prevalence of comorbid conditions, their impact on the severity of myasthenia gravis has not been identified.
