Это достаточно редкое, однако хорошо изученное заболевание, которое в мировой литературе получило название спонтанной внутричерепной гипотензии. В статье представлены редкое клиническое наблюдение внутричерепной гипотензии, развившейся вследствие хлыстовой травмы шейного отдела позвоночника, его пошаговая диагностика и хирургическое лечение, а также краткий обзор литературы на данную тему.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In addition to the obvious causes of intracranial hypotension caused by cranial cerebrospinal fluid leakage, there are also cases of hypotension due to cerebrospinal fluid leakage into the epidural spaces of the spinal canal and paravertebral soft tissues. This is a fairly rare, but well-studied disease, which in the world literature has received the name “spontaneous intracranial hypotension”.
