Саркоидная гранулема зрительного нерва при скрытом течении системного саркоидоза (описание клиничекого случая, обзор литературы)

Аннотация
Представлено редкое клиническое наблюдение специфического поражения интракраниального отдела зрительного нерва при оккультном течении системного саркоидоза у молодой женщины. Заболевание дебютировало с прогрессивно развивающейся слепоты одного глаза. Выявленное при магнитно-резонансной томографии (МРТ) с контрастированием образование изначально расценено как опухоль зрительного нерва глиального ряда. Пациентке выполнено хирургическое удаление образования с целью предотвращения его дальнейшего распространения на зрительные пути и определения гистологической природы опухоли. Гистологические исследование интраоперационного материала выявило наличие саркоидной гранулемы, а проведенное в последующем клиническое дообследование подтвердило диагноз системного саркоидоза. Диагностика заболевания имела клинические затруднения, в виду отсутствия явной системности характера и опухолеподобного дебюта заболевания, характер процесса был уточнен только после биопсии образования.
