Современный аспект подхода к диагностике и лечению местно-распространенных злокачественных новообразований головы и шеи (обзор литературы)
Аннотация
В связи со стремительным развитием новых диагностических и лечебных технологий местно-распространенных (МР) форм злокачественных новообрахований головы и шеи (ЗНОГШ) III–IV стадий всё ещё одной из актульной и нерешенной проблемой клинической окологии. В статье приведен обзор доступной литературы в библиографических базах данных, который свидетельствует о сохроняющейся тенденции роста заболеваемости злокачественными оухолями головы и шеии. Как оказалось, сведений посвященных изучению роли химиоэболизации злокачественных опухолей головы и шеи в настоящее время немного. Но практически все эти авторы считают, что суперселективная эндовазальная химиоэмболизация опухоли у пациентов с ЗНОГШ может привести к существенному улучшению их качества лечения и жизни. Дополнительное изучение проблемы проведено по спискам литературы найденных статей.
