Хирургическое лечение менингиомы передней черепной ямки, сочетающейся с неразорвавшейся аневризмой передней соединительной артерии (случай из практики и обзор литературы)

Сочетание менингиом и неразорвавшихся интракраниальных аневризм — крайне редкое явление. Несмотря на значительные успехи нейрохирургии в последние годы, тактика хирургического лечения сочетанных внутричерепных патологий до сих пор остаётся непростым вопросом для нейрохирурга. В данной статье представлен опыт успешного лечения женщины 70 лет с гигантской менингиомой передней черепной ямки, сочетающейся с неразорвавшейся аневризмой передней соединительной артерии. Проведено двухэтапное лечение с выполнением первым этапом эндоваскулярного лечения аневризмы с установкой внутрисосудистого стента и последующим хирургическим лечением менингиомы на фоне двойной антиагрегантной терапии. Проанализированы данные мировой литературы по этой проблематике, рассмотрены особенности диагностики и возможности рационального хирургического лечения при сочетании данных патологий.
