Диссекционные аневризмы вертебробазилярного бассейна (обзор литературы)

Аннотация
Целью работы явилась попытка обобщения и систематизации данных о диагностике и лечении диссекционных аневризм вертебробазилярного бассейна. Проведен краткий обзор как современных, так и основополагающих работ, посвященных данной проблеме, по ключевым словам «диссекционная аневризма», «диссекция», «вертебробазилярный бассейн». Анализ полученных сведений указывает на наличие нерешенных проблем, связанных со сложностью диагностики и выбора метода лечения данной патологии. Изучение и понимание анатомических и патофизиологических особенностей данного заболевания могут позволить улучшить результаты лечения данной когорты пациентов.
