Роль микроРНК в патогенезе церебральных артериовенозных мальформаций головного мозга: будущие перспективы комбинированного лечения

Аннотация
Артериовенозные мальформации головного мозга (АВМ) – это редкие аномалии развития внутричерепной сосудистой системы, имеющие тенденцию к разрыву, патофизиология которых до конца не изучена. МикроРНК (miRNAs) представляют собой цепочки некодирующей РНК, состоящие примерно из 20 нуклеотидов, которые способны модулировать экспрессию генов-мишеней путем полного или частичного связывания с их соответствующими комплементарными последовательностями. Недавно были сделаны многочисленные прорывы в выяснении их вклада в возникновение, рост и эволюцию церебральных АВМ, однако в нашем понимании задействованных механизмов все еще существуют бесчисленные пробелы.
Мы провели поиск по базе данных Medline (PubMed) соответствующих статей о микроРНК и их предполагаемом значении для АВМ. Было обнаружено семь микроРНК, играющих роль в существовании АВМ, три из которых были подавлены (miR-18a, miR-137 и miR-195*), а четыре – активированы (miR-7-5p, miR-199a-5p, miR-200b-3p и let-7b-3p).
Проведенный поиск и анализ публикаций, посвященных роли микроРНК в возникновении, функционировании и изменчивости церебральных АВМ, призван подчеркнуть потенциальные направления будущих исследований и возможных биологических методов лечения.
