Персонифицированный подход к хирургическому лечению гигантоклеточной опухоли грудного отдела позвоночника

Гигантоклеточная опухоль позвонка является редким клиническим наблюдением, особенно в подвижном сегменте позвоночника. Общая тактика лечения может варьироваться, но хирургическое лечение в объеме тотальной резекции является основным методом выбора. В работе описан случай лечения пациента 40 лет с гигантоклеточной опухоль Th11 позвонка с длительным дооперационным анамнезом и выраженным неврологическим дефицитом. Несмотря на крупные размеры новообразования и экспансивный рост, выбранная персонифицированная тактика хирургического лечения позволила выполнить тотальное удаление опухоли с одномоментной стабилизацией позвоночного столба, а также восстановить состояние пациента с постепенным регрессом неврологической симптоматики.
