Хирургическое лечение нейронально-глиальных опухолей у взрослых: современное состояние проблемы и обзор литературы
Аннотация
АКТУАЛЬНОСТЬ. Смешанные нейронально-глиальные опухоли (НГО) являются редкими опухолями цен-тральной нервной системы, которые состоят как из нейронального, так и глиального компонентов. Хирургическое лечение НГО прежде всего сосредоточено на эпилептической природе болезни. В рутинных онкологических операциях степень резекции опухоли определяется минимизацией вероятности рецидива. Оптимальная тактика хирургического лечения должна учитывать не только эпилептогенную природу заболевания, но и онкологический аспект — вероятность рецидивирования и злокачественной трансформации. Тем не менее, в настоящее время все еще остается открытым вопрос о тактике хирургического лечения НГО, до конца не сформулированы основные принципы выбора того или иного метода оперативного лечения. За последнее десятилетие в мировой литературе опубликованы единичные работы, посвященные систематическому обзору хирургического лечения НГО головного мозга. Большая часть этих работ посвящена лечению таких опухолей преимущественно у детей. В отечественной литературе отсутствуют публикации, посвященные хирургическому лечению НГО у взрослых. это побудило нас к написанию данного обзора литературы.
ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Несмотря на отсутствие четкой хирургической стратегии, появились первые этапы консенсуса, определяющего дифференцированный подход к хирургическому лечению НГО головного мозга.
