Предоперационная эмболизация в хирургическом лечении метастатической болезни позвоночника: современное состояние проблемы. Обзор литературы

Аннотация

Резюме: предоперационная эмболизация сосудистой сети опухоли является широко распространенным методом уменьшения интраоперационной кровопотери в хирургическом лечении метастазов в позвоночник, однако, до настоящего момента остаются дискутабельными многие аспекты практического применения данного метода. В статье приведен обзор доступной литературы в библиографических базах данных. Исследование проведено по следующим критериям включения: трансартериальная эмболизация, прямая эмболизация, интраоперационная кровопотеря, сроки хирургического лечения, эмолизирующий материал, гиперваскулярные метастазы, гиповаскулярные метастазы, осложнения. Дополнительное изучение проблемы проведено по спискам литературы найденных статей.
