Лечение прозоплегии у нейрохирургических больных. Обзор литературы

Аннотация

Резюме. Лечение больных с длительной прозоплегией является актуальной проблемой в современной медицине и нейрохирургии. Данной группе больных классические методы реиннервации лицевой мускулатуры не эффективны, чаще всего причиной этого является атрофия мимической мускулатур. В статье приведён сравнительный анализ различных методов хирургического лечения данной патологии, основываясь на современной литературы.
