«Целующиеся » аневризмы дистальных от делов передних мозговых артерий : случай из практики
Аннотация
Дистальные аневризмы передних мозговых артерий являются достаточно редкой патологией, еще более редким является вариант «целующихся» аневризм, при котором две аневризмы интимно прилежат друг к другу, зачастую соприкасаясь своими стенками. Данное сообщение посвящено описанию успешного лечения данной патологии путем выключения их из кровотока одномоментно путем микрохирургического клипирования.
